Vegan Eats Website

Located within Chennai Fusion Grill in a cozy plaza, this Indian-fusion spot brings a handful of vegan dishes.

However, it’s not a fully vegan restaurant and rates around 3.5 stars in our book. Here’s a breakdown of our experience and what you can expect.

Service at Vegan Eats

The service here was friendly and prompt. A server greeted us upon arrival, but what stood out was the quirky robotic assistant that brought our food.

This little robot rolled out with our dishes, making the experience memorable and unique. It’s a fun touch and adds a hint of novelty to the dining experience.

Environment at Vegan Eats

Inside Sine Fusion Grill, Vegan Eats and Drinks provides a casual setting not too fancy.

The space is cozy, with a few tables where you can enjoy your meal. While it’s more suited for a quick bite, the environment is pleasant enough for a low-key lunch or dinner.

Indian Food & Meals at Vegan Eats

As an Indian-fusion eatery, Vegan Eats focuses on vegan-friendly adaptations of popular Indian dishes. The menu is small but includes a few staple items:

Chana Masala: This chickpea dish was flavorful, though nothing extraordinary. It’s a solid choice if you’re a fan of classic Indian flavors.

Cauliflower Wings: Served with a sweet chili sauce, these wings are essentially deep-fried cauliflower. They’re a nice appetizer but a bit heavy due to the frying.

Spring Rolls: Vegan-friendly but otherwise average, the spring rolls didn’t leave a lasting impression.

The Robot at Vegan Eats

One of the unique aspects of dining at Vegan Eats is their use of a robot server. This robot brought out our food on a tray, and it was a surprising, amusing touch that made our visit memorable. After we were done, we simply left the dishes for the robot to retrieve.

Vegan in Chandler

While Chandler doesn’t have an abundance of fully vegan restaurants, it does offer a few gems.

The Kind Bean stands out of Chandler’s only 100% vegan spots, serving delicious plant-based coffees and treats (we’ll link to it below). For those exploring other Chandler locations, there are several vegan-friendly restaurants even if they aren’t exclusively vegan.

Conclusion

Overall, Vegan Eats and Drinks in Chandler is a fun spot to try if you’re in the area and craving vegan-friendly Indian food. The dishes are decent, and the robotic server adds a quirky experience. While it doesn’t top our list of vegan spots, it’s worth a visit if you’re close by.
