Are you looking for a full Linden Organic Review in Gilbert, AZ?
In this post, Linden Organic Review, we share our honest experience, and we loved the raw dessert. As vegans in Pheonix Metro, we love checking out vegan restaurants in the Phoenix Metro area as locals.
Linden Organic, a plant-based vegan smoothie shop in Gilbert, Arizona, has been on our list to try for a while.
So, we finally stopped by to check it out and share our honest experience.
This Linden Organics review is about keeping it real—spoiler alert: we’re giving it four stars for the dessert, but the drinks?
Let’s say they deserve a second chance for the drinks. We can’t wait to check them out again.
Let’s dive in…
First Impressions: Small Spot, Big Wellness Vibes

Linden Organic is located in a small plaza in Gilbert. The space is cozy and welcoming, with a wellness-focused vibe.
There’s a little parking out front, which makes it convenient, but the seating options are limited—one or two small tables inside and outside.
It’s definitely more of a grab-and-go place, but if you snag a spot, you can sit and enjoy your order.
One cool feature?
They have a cute refrigerator stocked with cold-pressed drinks and other wellness-focused beverages made in-house, as well as sandwiches.

It’s a nice touch if you’re looking for a quick hydration boost.
The Menu: From Smoothies to Savory Bites
Linden Organics offers more than just smoothies. Their menu includes:
• Salads
• Smoothie bowls
• Ramen shots
• Lattes and espressos
• Vegan tuna sandwiches
• Avocado toast
They also occasionally feature seasonal drinks and specials, so there’s always something new to try.
We were tempted to explore more of the food menu but stuck to dessert and smoothies this time.
The savory options, like the vegan tuna sandwich and ramen shots, are on our list for next time!

The Dessert makes this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Four Stars and Worth the Visit
Let’s start with the best part of this Linden Organics review—the dessert. We were pleasantly surprised by how good it was to be raw.

Rich, creamy, and just sweet enough to hit the spot, it’s the kind of dessert that feels indulgent while still fitting into a plant-based lifestyle.
Honestly, the dessert alone earned those four stars, and we’d come back just for that. We loved the raw cinnamon roll.

The Smoothies: Not Sweet Enough for Us

Now, about those smoothies… They were raw and organic (which we can appreciate) but didn’t hit the flavor mark for us.
They weren’t sweet, and while that might be intentional for a super-clean, health-focused approach, it wasn’t what we were expecting.
We had a fruity and mint-flavored smoothie.
We couldn’t taste the dates, and they were all raw. We hope to try it again and will update the post.

Maybe it was an off day, or maybe we just need to try a different flavor next time, but for now, we’re sticking to the dessert.
Linden Organic Review Wrap-Up
All in all, Linden Organics has some great things going for it.
The dessert alone was worth the visit, and the overall wellness vibe is nice.
If you’re in Gilbert and want a quick, plant-based treat, this is a spot to check out—especially if you’re a fan of less-sweet smoothies or raw, organic flavors.
We’re giving Linden Organic four stars for the dessert and plan to head back soon to try more of the menu.
We’ll make sure to update this Linden Organics review when we do.
