P.A.R.M Italia is a 100% vegan Italian restaurant in Scottsdale, AZ . It’s located at BEG Bakery but only open during select times ( usually weekends).
The husband (authentic Italian) and wife are a dynamic duo. We had the vegan meatball sandwich, speg, fried eggplant, and Pizza. Everything was made fresh and tasted genuinely authentic.
The portions are enormous, you get your bank for your buck, and everything we ate was tasty. Our fav was the pizza. We had no leftovers :-(. Def will call beforehand to confirm the hours and menu. Speaking of vegan pizza we got you covered, we love pizza so much so we wrote about it here.
The best part is that you can grab some delicious dessert from the BEG bakery—if you only get one sweet treat, try the vegan soft serve with a Caramel swirl!
